Ordering implies your complete and unconditional adherence to the present general terms of sale.
There would not be any contract between you and us before the acceptance of your order by celtshop.com
This acceptance would be reputed complete and actually communicated to you at the moment when celteshop.com send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been send to you.
Article 1 - PRICE
1.1 Our products' prices are given in euro, inclusive of tax, except for the contribution towards preparation and shipping charges (see Delivery).
1.2 In case of an order towards another country than metropolitan France, you become the importer of the concerned product(s). Duties, importing fees, or other local or state taxes could be payable.
Celteshop.com is not responsible for these taxes and sums.
They would be supported by you, for the declarations as well as for the payment to the authorities and/or efficient organizations of your country. We advice you to take information about these dispositions from your local authorities.
1.3 Wherever they come from, all the orders are to be paid in euro.
1.4 Celteshop.com reserves the right to change its prices anytime. Products would be invoiced upon the basis of prices in force at the time of order's registering, depending upon availability.
1.5 Products are the propriety of celteshop.com until the entire payment of the price.

2.1 Celteshop.com is liable to cancel any client's order if there was any problem relative to a previous order.
2.2 After the ordering process, clicking on the button 'Validate' means that you declare unconditionnal and complete acceptance of the order as well as of the present general terms of sale. Data registered by Celteshop.com are proves of all the dealings led between Celteshop.com and its clients. Data recorded by the payment system are proves of the financial transactions.
Article 3 -AVAILABILITY
We will deliver your order according to our and to our furnishers' available stocks. At the time of your ordering, you will be informed of the availability of the product you want to buy. Yet, if after your ordering and despite our attention, products happened to be unavailable, you would know it by e-mail and be invited to cancel or modify your order. Data recorded by Celteshop.com are proves of the order. Data recorded by the payment system are proves of the financial transactions.
Article 4 -DELIVERY
4.1 We deliver products at the address you registered in your order.
4.2 You have to check the shipping on the arrival of your order and to do the reservations and objections which seem justified.
4.3 In any case, Celteshop.com is not responsible for consequences of a delivery delay. An order which is not shipped 30 days after the ordering, is automatically cancelled and repaid to the customer.
4.4 Preparation and shipping charges are based upon the order's weight, the delivery place and possibly the shipping means chosen by the customer.
4.5 Delivery times given are average delays and correspond to the treatment and delivery delay for products sent to metropolitan France or Monaco. Celteshop.com do not undertake delay for shipping outside this area.
4.6 Celteshop.com may fragment deliveries. The entire order is thus credited. Participation to the treatment and shipping charges would be invoiced for only one sending.
4.7 In case of an unusual lateness, you would receive an e-mail.
4.8 The customer take in charge the shipping risks and must formulate a motivated protest towards the transporters in a three-day delay after the delivery.
Article 5 - PAYMENT
5.1 Payment of your purchase is made with a banker's card: Visa, MasterCard or other debit cards.
5.2 The order paid with banker's card (MasterCard or Visa) would only be considered effective when the concerned payment agencies will agree.
5.2 Debit on the banker's card is made at the time of the validation of the order.
5.3 Our website is covered by a securing system.
Article 6 -GUARANTIES
6.1 Products bought on Celteshop.com are entitled to a guaranty. This guaranty is noted on the item form of the products presented on the website.
Anyway, the customer can benefit fom the legal guaranty of eviction and latent defects (art. 1625 and following of the civil code).
Every return must be made with a delivery in return for a signature. According to our choice, the guaranty consists of either the substitution or the exchange of the product for which you support the shipping charges of return.
Any product which would be incomplete, spoilt, damaged and/or which original packing would have been perished will be neither taken back, nor exchanged in the guaranty frame.
6.3 Every order, which would not be sent in a 30-day delay, will be cancelled and paid back to the customer.
6.4 After the delivery, you can return the product that would not suit you in a 8-day delay. You would be then in charge of the post and return fees. Only the cost of the product(s) bought would be paid back. This return opportunity could only apply to the products complete, in their original state (packing) and with a copy of the purchase bill. Even so, in case of a package returned without being opened, we would pay you back the cost of the product(s) and the invoiced post fees. 6.5 For every objection, you must give the buyer's address, the delivery-note number, the product references written on your delivery note and the reasons of your objection.
6.6 No cash on delivery would be accepted, whatever the reason is.
6.7 Returned items that would be incomplete, spoilt, damaged or stained by the customer will not be taken back.
6.8 Every back-pay will be made with banker's cheque to the name of the person who ordered and to the address of the billing.
Article 7 -RECANTATION
7.1 By compliance to the provisions of the article L.121-16 of the French laws of consumption, the customer can dispose of a 7-opened-day delay to return the ordered product so as to exchange it or to be paid back.
7.2 Products must be sent back to Celteshop.com in a perfect state of resale, in their original state for the buyer to benefit from the retract right.
Any product that would be incomplete, spoilt, damaged, seemingly used, in a state differing from its original one or which original packing would have been perished would be neither paid back nor exchanged.
7.3 If one exercises his or her retract right, Celteshop.com will have to pay back the paid sums, free of charge. The back-pay will be made in a 30-day delay at most.
Article 8 -RESPONSABILITIES
8.1 The products proposed are consonant with the French laws in force and with the standards enforced in France.
8.2 Photographs, writings, graphics, information and qualities copied and illustrating products presented are not contractual.
Correspondingly, Celteshop.com could not be held responsible if there was a mistake or an omission in one of these photographs, writings, graphics, information or qualities of the products or in case of changes in the characteristics of the products.

8.3 Celteshop.com could not be held responsible for the contract's no fulfilment in case of stock out or product's unavailability, act of god, in case of disruption, part or total strike mainly in the post, means of transportation and/or communication, inundation or fire.

Article 9 APPLIABLE LAW - LITIGATIONS
This contract is submitted to the French laws. It is written in French. In a litigious situation, only the French court would be competent.

10.1 Celteshop.com gives an undertake not to disclose to a third party the information you have given. These latter are confidential. Our internal department will use these for the processing of your order, to reinforce and customise communication and product offers in store for Celteshop.com's customers. This would possible in particular thanks to newsletters to which you have taken in. Information would also be used in the frame of the customisation of the website according to your personal focus.
